Eastwick Hall Lane flooding
As you’ll be aware, PfP has previously instructed a contractor to undertake ground works to improve drainage including ditch clearance, culvert clearance, dredging and digging out the spring to facilitate under road drainage.
Subsequently, Herts County Council have had surveys carried out along the length of the lane to identify ineffective gullies and whether pipeline infrastructure is functional with a view to having all inadequate parts replaced.
The team remain in conversation with Herts County Council and are awaiting an update on their proposal. Once we’ve heard back, we will of course advise on next steps and timings.
